The team at Taylor Technology Systems have been awarded ISO 9001:2015, upgrading the previous certification of 9001:2008.
The new ISO 9001:2015 strives to give additional momentum to the continuous and systematic improvement of processes within organisations. Qualifying for the higher grade certification involved rewriting the Company quality manual and updating processes to conform with the new standards before an external audit.
